Hey Denise! Thank you for everything! I really liked the key chain and letter you passed to me before POLKA! IV. THANK YOU! I felt that there was this absence after you have stepped down. It was so empty when you were not here ): I'll be more hard working and strive to my very best! We'll miss you!

Wan Sing
WAN SING! You're a great senior. Oh, you are so good in playing the Oboe:D I found the seaweed in the cupboard. Thank you! (: You have been a wonderful senior and I enjoyed Sectionals with you all. I hope you, Denise and Jessica can visit us when you all are free:D We really miss you!

Hey!:D It was great to know you! I missed the times we had during Band practices and Sectionals. Laughters were made, the practices we had, the conversations during the breaks, I would never forget that. You, Denise and Wan Sing are the best seniors ever!:D The Doubles will miss you!

Hello Shumian! There's going to be a long road for us to walk. We'll strive and get Top 3 position for Section Competition:D SYF's next year, and I am pretty nervous for it. Now that Denise stepped down, you are the only one in the section I'll be pretty close to. && I am so sorry if I made any unaffordable mistakes. I will try my best to perfect my tone!

SECTION OUTING:D
Denise could not make it ):

Met Jin-Ni at Coronation Bus Stop, then we walked to the bus stop opposite Lutheran Towers.
We waited for Clare for minutes. She came at around 12.50pm
Flagged a taxi, rushed to Queenstown MRT Station.
Called Wan Sing and met Shumian and Cassandra there:D
Later, Jin-Ni and Clare went off to City Hall to collect something [:
Jessica brought us to Anchor Point and had Subway (:

Took bus, walked to Jessica's house:D
While waiting for Jin-Ni and Clare, we watched War In Laws 2.

TREASURE HUNT!
We asked Jessica and Wan Sing to go out for a moment while we hid the gifts:D
The places we hid was not common, I guess
Dustbin, behind papers, inside the piano
HAHA!
However, they still manage to find all:D

Took photograps, but I will not post them here.

Played table tennis, with Jessica and Wan Sing (:
It was hilarious, the ball bounced and flew

Chatted a little while, went home at 6.30pm :D
Rushed to make their gifts (:

SATURDAY; SECTIONALS!
JW and I went to school at 7.05am
The Doubles wanted to give their surprise present to them:D

The Sec 1s came today and some went to try the Double Bass
Next week, we will be exchanging rooms with the Tuba Section

Practised Merry Widow as a whole section
I will miss the times we were together as The Doubles

Later, before break, we went to persuade Denise and Wan Sing to go into the Band Room as we wanted to complete the boards.
They agreed:D

It was pretty!

We called them out to receive the presents

SECTION LUNCH
As I had the meeting, Denise, Jin-Ni and Yi En went to Wan Sing's house first
Wan Sing could not make it, so she did not go ):
I met the rest at Serene, cabbed down to Wheelocks Place for sushi:D
We had 45 mins to spend, so we walked to Takashimaya
HAHA!
Then walked back to meet Jessica
Ate at Sakae Sushi
Chatted, and the conversation was super funny:D
Ordered 6 Chawanmushi,4 plates of sushi etc. (:

Gave Jessica her gift:D
Settled the bill
Went home with Yi En and Jin-Ni

SECTION OUTING WAS FUNNNNN!:D

As we had a Surprise planned, I woke up at 6am
[Just to get ready (:]
I couldn't sleep the night before
HAHA!

Rushed down to Bishan MRT Station
I waited for Bus 54 to come, it took ages just to reach):
Then took MRT with Jin-Ni, Yi En and Cassandra to Choa Chu Kang
Clare didn't made it in time, so she took the other train
Chatted, discussed during the journey

Finally, we reached Choa Chu Kang.
Later, we took LRT to Senja
We took the wrong way My fault (SORRY!)
Met Shumian there, walked to Claire's house
Her siblings are so cute!
Prepared the surprised cake!:D

Later, Jin-Ni, Yi En and I went down to Bukit Panjang Plaza to meet them
We walked rounds, and rounds. Then headed back to Claire's house
Made final touch up to the cake:D
While Cassandra and Claire went to pick them up, we discussed how to present the cake (:

Denise, Wan Sing and Jessica arrived later:D
Yi En and Jin-Ni kept snapping photos
[We need them for a surprise (shhhhh) :D]
They saw the cake, I hope they liked it:D
Started the Indoor Picnic

Shumian and Claire played some game on the PS3, while we were discussing our homework

After Section Outing, went out with Wan Sing to her house
Did some homework, managed to finish 1:D
Then left her house at 4pm, headed to UCC

In the University Cultural Centre, I was freezing!
It was so cold, it made me sleepy ):

When the concert ended, we sat down there as they said there was this survey and in exchange, there will be a gift.
So, we waited down there
Most of the audience left, while some waited
Then when we waited for quite a long time, we realised that no one was giving out the survey
HAHA!
We didn't want to stand up, as no one stood up

It was the best (:

Reached school at 1pm
Met my section in the canteen

The rain poured ):
Moved the instruments down to the lorry and buses
Sat with my section mates (:
The rain got heavier, and heavier. It was worst when we arrived at VCH.
All of us got quite wet, but some was even wetter ): I hope you all will not catch a cold!
Reached VCH at 3. Moved instruments, set up and settled down by 3.30pm
Rehearsed once through, sound check.
Yup:D

It was Alumni Band's turn to rehearse after us
Saw many seniors, and heard Wan Sing played her solo:D
Then String's turn; I saw En Ci!

Dinner at 5.45, or perhaps 6pm
I almost choked ._.

My nervousness got pretty bad when it was about 7.10pm
When we went up stage, there were so many people down there
:D
Quite happy, as it was almost full house (:

The bell rang [It was practically buzzinggggg]
HAHA!
I could feel my face flushed, I WAS NERVOUS ):
Did tuning, and the warm ups
And it was time!:D

7.30pm, POLKA! IV
It was our day, our concert
We performed our very best.
However, I felt that time passed really quickly
In no time, we had finished first half
):
At back stage, rest for a while. I had leg cramp RIGHT before we went up for second half.
HAHA!

Back to Second Half, I felt that it was okay:D
Concerto Dynamico was lively (:
Canto was sad, and emotional
Andrew was fun:D
SHREK DANCE PARTY!
I asked some of my friends, they said that they liked this song the best:D

Band practice yesterday and today was absolutely funny (:
Yesterday, Sec 4s did not come as they had the Study Skills Camp with Dr. Adam Khoo
So, it was quite empty
However, the learning process was funny. Mr. Tan let some girls to try conducting the Band. Also, Mr. Tan said that he shall change his job and become Dr. Adam Tan.
Haha:D

Today!
Although Sec 4s had Study Skills Camp, they came for practice!:D
We did our last full run, we sounded better!
And today, it was the last practice with the Sec 4s ):
They are going to step down soon ):

It was quite a short/ tiring day.

Practiced some pieces, mainly the first half songs

Rather nervous, but I'll try to be normal
It's going to be Full House:D
Parents, Relatives, Teachers, Friends, Students will be there to support us

I actually thought of going for supper after concert
It is going to be 11+ when we will going to be dismissed

Although I'm really looking forward to the concert, I do not want POLKA! IV to end
I am not sure why I would feel like this, but it is our first and last concert with Seniors ):

NO SPORTS DAY! ):
It was cancelled due to the rain

Left home at 6.45am
Thought that I would be early
I WAS WRONG
I left some stuff at home, so I had to ask mum to drive me back
Wasted 10 mins
Reached Bishan Stadium at 7.07am
Chiong-ed all the way in
Made it in time for attendance taking :D

While the monitresses were taking attendance
It started to drizzle
Later, it worsen, so we had to assemble on the Grand Stand, according to our houses

Practiced cheers for 30 mins
Then due to the drizzle, we were dismissed

OH YEAH
Almost the whole student body of St Margs were in Junction 8
It was rather funny to see all of us walking to J8, with our coloured house t-shirts:D
Walked in the rain ):
Met a lot of people there, ate McDonalds with Jin-Ni, Celina, and Adlin (:

Then went up to watch 10,000 BC

With all the Mammoths and hunters
